The company and all assets are owned by the Owners below.  Ownership is represented by an undivided fractional interest in the LLC.  Owners receive a stock certificate representing their interest and voting rights.
Motor Yacht "Endeavor"
Our principal asset is a 1988 Prima Sundeck Motor Yacht designed, and built by Prima Yachts of Kaohsiung Taiwan.  It was imported and commissioned by Hinshaw Yachts, importers, brokers, and charterers.  There has been one owner until the present.  Jack Hinshaw was unaware that this was the same yacht until after a purchase agreement was signed.  For additional information go to www.nwdir.com/endeavor.htm.
