VI        OBJECTIVES ~ I learned early that my skills were in recognizing and developing business opportunities usually for resale.  I loved the challenges of developing new businesses as an owner-developer, training others to improve theirs and for the SBA (US Small Business Association. They always involved Business Management, real estate, construction, finance and / or international trade.  We adapt policies and procedures, hire good people and stand back and let them blossom.  The Hinshaw Foundation will permit us to make grants or loans to firms with challenges and help them achieve their objectives.
